hello
although i m not allocatedo to railway group bt iknow that in grade 17 csps of railway are appointed as divisional transportation officersDTO
These officers after getting promotions become divisional superintendant DSwhich is a very powerful and respectable post.
i have seen a DS when he used to go to site he got protocol like that of governors, However, it takes almost 15-20 yearsto reach to he post of DS
