dear friends i have not received the letter as yet bt i sent my acceptance letter today tried that fax number bt it was nt working....PLZ dont waste time and make a letter of ur own,,,,its not difficult ,,,,,address it to the section officer and write that u accept the offer and do mention ur group and roll number plus merit order...

well i have faxed my letter on the very no given in the press note although after many tries
as earlier in the morning it was busy and not responding but later on it received the fax

Today, I called Section Officer Shahid Raza and he said that Establishment Division is issuing Acceptance Letters Group Wise. So, hopefully everyone will receive his/her letter in a day or two...The most important thing he told me was that the last date of submission of acceptance letter is 5TH AUGUST. Mr. Shahid Raza's contact number is 051-9207198.

the fax number given in the press note is also correct... i sent on that number yesterday... but after like twenty attempts...they said that they are receiving a lot of letters these days thats y u have to wait for ur turn...

Default UMS or any courier service ?
Hello members,
Today, I have received the offer letter. It is written in letter, that u have to use Urgent Mail Service (UMS) or Fax for your acceptance.
My question is, wether Estb Div wants to use UMS (the courier service, specifically run by Pakistan Post) only OR we can send our acceptance through any fast courier service like TCS or Leopard etc.

I recieved mine today as well. UMS is run by the Pakistan Post and i think we should send our acceptance letters through it.Although i do not think that sending our acceptance letters by TCS or anyother courier service would make any difference.
