Post Appointment Letters of CTG
@ javairia

I called Estab. today the dealing assistant told me that they have forwarded dossiers of CTG officers to M/o Commerce who in turn will issue our letters

OMG,CTG, POSTAL and RAILWAYS have not yet received appointment letters.It does not matter ,we will get it soon..

Default Offer Letters of C&TG Officers
AOA

I've rcvd my offer letter from M/o Commerce yesterday (friday). It contains some terms & conditions bt no date for CTP
The offer has to be replied alongwith a Surety Bond containing 2 witnesses. A total of 36 candidates have been dispatched offer letters. Hopefuly U ppl will get ur letters in 2-3 days.

dear my postal address is of Islamabad may be that's y i've recvd it early. the letter contains nothing new. summary of main points is:

* Probation Period: 2 Years subject to successful completion of training and FPO
* U will be governed by Civil Servants Act and Occupation Groups and Services Rules 1990.
* if u fail to pass FPO (3 attempts) U will be removed from service or reverted in case u've a lien against some other post.
* Seniority accordinig to final merit
* Serve any where in Pakistan
* Verification of character and medical fitness pre-requisite
* Surety bond to be executed
* date of ctp will be cnveyed by CSA
* U've to reply to this letter within 15 days of issue

a specimen of surety bond is enclosed with the letter and names and addresses of all 36 C&TG officers are mentioned on the first page as adresseesd of the letter.

will any one explain y did i get 2 identical letters from the ministry?
plus r we to post 2 letters: 1 to section officer n the other to DG CSA along with surety bond? i heard bond is to be executed at csa. but the letter clearly says to submitt it to DG.
