bhai i am dead sure that one loses seniority as civil servants are always referred to and by their common .if you do it with 38th batch you will be 38th commoner and you will be promoted with that batch..yes you will be considered senior in that batch and you will get some priority within that but you would not go with 37th commoners.
no and never yar you cant join ctp even if you are 2 weeks late and you are talking of 3 to 4 months .... no way never bhai jan waha ja lo aik din ki chutti wasty papper bailnay partay hain..... violations per ctp duran ap ko saza k tor py defer be kia ja sakta hai ...once i stayed off from csa for 3 days without permission of director and Addl.director and without intimating them.. third day person form csa reached my home with love letter from my AD and director.......us main kia tha you can imagine....... so isay to socho he na....waisay be 4 maa main half ctp ho jati hai .. its semester system each of 40 days ......

Thanks for the advice bro. I am waiting for the letter from Estab Div. Whos resigning....lol.....naaaaaaaaaaa.....already in service na yar.....i know .....training kay doran i have seen love letters dispatched even in our org. Yara they place some sort of holy stress on these classes....usually hota us may kakh bhi nahi.

How tough is it for those reappearing while being at CSA? Kindly pour some information pertaining to the maximum no. of exam-leaves one can get and its procedure.

i wana know whether one can get leave for taking exams...like my Masterz exams are due in december and my cousin(a serving CSP) told me that i can leave...kindly throw some light on this issue
