Question should we prepare 08+09 affairs for 2010 CA & FA?

tell me plz,in current affairs&pak.affairs paper,we should prepare 2008+2009 affairs?
and i studied past papers ,i came to know that 2009 current affairs contains question relating to 2007 affairs mostly. so if i am not wrong , than current affair and pak.affairs paper of c.s.s 2010 will contain questions form the year (2008).
>>kindly guide me , i think i m wrong or little bit confuse about which year 2008 or 2009 ,i should study for both these papers<<

Current affairs paper can not be repeated. However, there are some permenant issues which come repeatedly. For Pakistan affairs you should not think that you can have same pattern of questions which have come repeatedly in pak affairs you see questions from book and from current issues of the country. so, be prepared for both......

dear few issues are to be prepared by background/historical point of view to make the concept of question elaborative while others are hot issues which are usually from current time.
e.g how kashmir turned to be a dispute is a common question which v shud know before going into details of kashmir disput's current scenario.....same is the case with palestine dispute. for these kind a issues u must have background.
While for issues like K.L BILL or NFC at gawadar port or accountablity by suomoto notices.....these r burning issue which u have to do in any case

so ill prefer to guide you to do first most repeated topics throughout past papers, then pakistan and regional issues and then come to current issues like i mentioned above
this way you can keep yourself uptodate and prepared for not only c.a but p.a and essay as well.......
but don forget to keep bird's eye view of DAWN the Giant for CSS
