Default Having trouble focusing!

Salam dear members, just wanted to share that I am having alot of trouble focusing on any one subject at the moment, the whole 3 months left thing is stressing me out.

I pick up Geography, I do one chapter and I feel this weird urge to put it aside and pick up Pak Affairs, I read a little bit of Pak Affairs, then I put it aside and pick up Islamiat....this is really troubling me. Also I feel like I don't remember anything I read, and I have read alot!

What if any tips etc can seniors give regarding such a situation? I suppose some of you may have felt like this, if not most. I am concerned, this way I wont get anywhere I suppose....

Hunain,

I have some similar anxieties and feelings. Though I have gone through the syllabus once, but now that I am revising the subjects, I don't seem to recall anything. I really wonder, if I am doing the whole exercise all over again.

Qualifiers, kindly share, if you felt similar anxieties, and would these go away as the exam draw near?

Same here, the feeling of probably repeating the whole thing again is quite demoralizing....

@ hunain and Maliasghar

wa alaikum salam...
i want to say one thing... just believe in urself... this is the most imp thing right now.
second make a specified time limit for each subject. like i wake up at 9 in the morning. till 10 breakfast. 10 to 1 news papers with a practice of preci writing, 1 to 5 english subject 5 to 7 pak affairs 7 to 8 dinner, 8 to 9 islamiat, 9pm to 3 am all optional subjects, two in a day. and then i sleep.
jhoot boltay hain woh jo kehtay hain k time tables are meant to be broken, yahan, u have to believe urself kyun k is waqt, we have left with a very little time and we have to "force" ourselves to follow the time table.
jb tk kisi subject ka time poora nahi ho jata us ki book ko wapis nahi rakhna... even apko 3 dafa parhi hui cheez parhni paray... coz revision end time tk karte rehna hai...
just follow this principle, i think this will definitely solve ur problem inshALLAH.
remember me in ur prayers.

dear! when u know that u really need to wake up then why do you not?
u know the problem and u know the solution, this is the most precious thing u have in ur hand. only one thing left, be cruel to urself, cruel in the sense, when its time to study u r not supposed to do anything, anything means anything, u are feeling anxiety? no matters... u r feeling sleepy? no matters. u r feeling etc etc? no matters. just study the subject and when its time is done, take a deep breath, tap ur shoulder, make a comfortable smile and pick up the next book. these things are necessary beacuse MAN IS HUNGRY TO BE PRAISED, even self- praise
Best of luck!

Yes, Shiraz is right, sometimes merely words of appreciation can boost your morale...and make you achieve great things...

Thanks Badar bro, I'll do this from now, I will take up one subject at a time, or maximum two, and finish them before moving on. Reading multiple subjects is confusing me and only making me more anxious!

Hi,
It is great to have some moral support but u know, in the end, it is u alone who has to do anything. We can only encourage you but it is you who has to take that important step. so don't worry about tomorrow (ur exam) and start preparing now. and remember cover everything in steps. if you try to bypass something in a hurry, that would be a great mistake.

Hi
U should not worry about the remaining time. it is the same for everyone. u should be worrying about how you are going to compete against others with the preparation in the stipulated time. no one had more time than u. start studying at once and don't look back until u have finished what you have started.
(I have got ur mail and will respond soon)
