@Interview aspirants 2010

The strategy of interview panel is same as it was in 2009. So in my view, u should focus on following areas;

1. Curren Affairs

2. Psychological

3. Optional Subjects

4. Master degree

5. Previous job if any

In css 2008, interview panel asked more questions from current affairs and psychological portion. In css 2009, questions were asked from above mentioned areas. After reading above posted interview of a candidate, it is clear that interview panel will asked questions from above mentioned 5 areas with slight change in my view.

Beast of Luck

Mr. Ayaz Afridi took his interview today; there's what he shares

-RGST

-Constitutional Amendment 18, 19

-China as a rising power

-India's permanent membership as a veto power

-Pakistan and Afghan relations

-Touched economy superficially and asked about the contribution of IT, Telecom and other service industries to Pakistan's economy.

-(some part of the interview's same as psycological part)

-lasted for 32 minutes

-He advises to study the daily Dawn.

Mr Hasan's experience:

-blasphemy law
-Budget
-Aman ki asha
-China vs US (economically)
-some general terms like GDP, fiscal deficit

Overall he rates that 90% of his interview was from economy; even when his subjects were not related to economy.

His suggestions:
-study FBR's report (Economy of Pakistan 2009-2010)
-study Budget's report

Post script:
-Please mind that Sir Sohail Safdar is an expert economic analyst, he is from Accounts Service, and has no parallel in the knowledge. We have to prepare as much as we can in his area and still be ready to say sorry at some odd point.
-Ex-competitors did not make a generalization by saying that interviewers asks from one area. And that area is 'Anything'.
-I think it helps to this point.

Obviously, I put that under post script and not under his experience.

Do give me credit for that.
