CSPs from PSP and DMG are initially posted out of their own province for a period of 3 years and then posted to their own provinces.

No dear Hamza! It will probably never happen. Most of the officers from the Punjab are posted to Baluchistan for their UTship and this is also fact that the Baluchistan does not accept them conveniently, but the fact remains it has remained a policy of Establishment Division.
