@ mansoor , of course sir I have ticked the postal group ,I do have the photostate of the orignal form...... and whether Abdullah is joining or not sir it is not the case only with me 6 seats ka problem hua hy aisy that they have been given to girls low in merit and the seats are of merit not women seats

@MANSOOR and also another problem is that according to FPSC if this also is a women seat which I dont know hoe , then even if Abdullah does not join , then this seat will go to another girl much lower in order

In KP Miss.Shagufta Iqbal is given women omg seat, which is the only women seat of KP.......
Now there are 2 Merit seats of POSTAL GROUP for KP....
Merit 171 is allocated to POSTG-1 for KP.....
I being merit 175 , the very next to him in KP should have occupied the POSTG-2 for KP as I had my last option of POSTG....
But the girl at merit 232 has been given this seat....
I dont understand how ?????.........
Same is the case with the OMG seats sohail is talking about

I would also like other people to comment about it....and what shoul be done
Dear the allocation list is perfectly correct, As per woman quota rule, if a women is getting allocation on provincial seat and she gets the women seat, then this seat will be carried forward to the next women (since Shagufta is getting RCTG from KPK quota but is allocated on women OMG seat, that is why this seat carried forward to the first women after merit number 171).

Same is the case in Punjab allocations. Nutshell, the number of women allocated after the last provincial candidate will always be equal to the reserved seats for that particular province.

If Abdullah doesn't join then this seat will be offered to you. CONFIRM.
Plus, merit number 171 (manzor, Postal group) is also not joining.

Cheers and relax

Default Can ED increase or decrease no of vaccancies after announcement of final result

ED has sought the advice of fpsc on (a) wheather it can increase r decrease the no of posts after the anouncement of final result. If yes, will it be legally tenable? (b) is there any precedent in css where no of posts increased r decreased after the announcement of final result. If yes, what was the fpsc, s experience regarding litigation? Respected members r requested please to comment on issue.....
