Failed Candidates in Interview CSS-2010
Can some one throw light on causes of failure of 12 candidates in CSS 2010 interviews...... Is is their poor performance in the interview? Or psychological suitability??? Or some other causes???

Dear! that guy is my best friend and you both are from same village. I am very disheartened and sad. I met his elder brother in Karachi last night. He made me cry. There is obviously some personal grudge BD or member retired from Police has taken out. He has remained with me through thick and thin and for his sake, i can say this on any forum.

What was the "personal grudge" of BD that prevented him to have your friend objectively evaluated in his interview?? Was there some ancestral or family vendetta which BD was trying to settle with him? |
Failure is part of the game, now what these failures need to do is simply "DO MORE"

Well I am afraid but I don't buy the 'Personal vendetta' thingy..I think the panel is applying the suitability via interview.If they have found a candidate unsuitable for service,they have failed him in the interview altogether.Security clearance comes in at the time of allocations,not the final merit list.So,the interviewing panel might have found something appalling either in Vivas or the psuchological reports of those candidates..Thats my guess

dear! There is hundred percent personal grude and i know it personally. Moreover, i have seen the psychological report of that guy and his grading is superb in that too. He has leadership and administrative qualities. Anyways, soon something is going to hapen. |
