Question Ratio of Successful Candidates (Fresh candidates Vs Improvers)

I heard that in CSS ratio of successful candidates of improver's(2nd or 3rd attempt) is higher than fresh aspirants. Also thinking is that first attempt is try attempt. Many person also discouraged to fresher that give up and prepare for next attempt because fresh candidate have less chances to pass in 1st attempt.

My question to all senior qualifiers , What is the passing ratio of fresh candidates Vs Improvers( 2nd or 3rd attempt)?

I disagree with the notion that the chances of passing in 1st attempt are bleak. Although there is a great difference in your 1st and 2nd attempt but still it does not mean that you won't be successful in the 1st attempt.

In most cases people who are unable to get their desired groups in the first attempt improve and join the group of their preference.

Well i believe that CSS is a game of luck and hard work. You can make a mark either in first, second or third attempt. Nevertheless there is no grand theory that suggests that candidates appearing for the first attempt are at a disadvantage.
Everything depends on a cocktail of experience, guidance and hard work.
