Default Seniors plz help qualifiers regarding preference

AOA Seniors,
Many qualifiers must be confused regarding the issue of choosing groups so kindly help us by telling that after DMG,PSP,FSP which sequence will be better keeping in mind the

Promotion speed
Work load ( too much work or relatively normal)
Usual places of posting (big cities or everywhere)
Interaction with public ( for betterment of society)

i hope we will get help from all the seniors or even from the the learned comrades
Regards

dear its a really good question and must be elaborated briefly.

brother after all these three groups its really very difficult to decide, where to place which group.

anyway it varies from person to person. for example if a candidate is from a middle or lower middle class then he needs a home and convenience more than promotion. but if one has already these facilities then most of such candidates want customs, IRS etc.

however according to the current trend keeping in the mind the preference of my batch, IRS and MLCG are equally liked by commoners. u can place any of these groups after above three groups.

after them PAAS will probably be the best option.

next, commerce and trade or OMG can be place one after the other.

after that u can put any of these three groups i.e postal, railways and information.

if i have to write my preferences after DMG, police and FSP my preferences will go like this.

4.Customs,
5.MLCG
6.IRS
7.PAAS
8.CTG
9.OMG
10.Postal
11.Railway
12.Information

Group preferences will be asked during both the phases (Psychological and vio voce) but each time fill out the form by assuming it as your final choice list without waiting for the next chance to reshuffle the choices.

Group preference sequence varies from person to person but here is the commonly opted sequence:

1/2/3) Other than Sindh: Tie among PSP, DMG, and FSP.

In Sindh: Tie between PSP vs DMG. FSP is often placed at 5th preceded by PSP, DMG, IRS, PCS

4/5) Tie between IRS and PCS

6) PAAS

7) OMG. Sometimes tie between OMG and CTG

8) CTG

9) MLCG

10) IG

11) RCTG

12) Postal Service

Wish you good luck.
