[QUOTE=quaidian_dss2006;419517]Thanks Sajjad..
And if any friend can explain.. 16. Why is balochistan-sindh border closed 17. What is zero hunger policy 18. Why is Russia moving towards south asia for its economic benefits 1. Why is beaurocracy called backbone of the country 2. What is beaurocratic scenario of Pakistan 3. What are beaurocratic rigmaroles 4. Why is it so 5. Do the beaurocrats overstretch the rules 6. Do they play with rules i was not sure about why balochistan-sindh border but rana sb encouraged me saying"what is your opinion?",i replied that due to law and order situation in karachi govt may want to check infilteration of destructive elements. i did not know zero hunger russia is moving towards S.asia due to its huge market,warm waters and for regionalisation. beaurocracy is backbone.....everyone can answer our beaurocratic scenario...mired by politics,beaurocrats are talented people but need some kind of protection for efficient work. beurocratic rigmaroles are official complexities. these are created to favor some people and to get benefits yes they overstretch the rules..its their moral weakness and they play with rules if they do anything illegal. |

[QUOTE=sajjad sadique;419590]It was closed by the protesters against the killing of ladies of Domky family.
[QUOTE=sajjad sadique;419590]It is the policy announced by the PM some days back. In fact, for the first time Gov't of Pakistan catagorically stated that we have a food emergency in the country. About 30% people in Pakistan are malnurished. The gov't plans to reach out to those people and provide them with food by the help of donors. The gov't also established National Food Security Council. [QUOTE=sajjad sadique;419590] Quote:
[QUOTE=sajjad sadique;419590]Inefficient, ineffective, corrupt under political pressures. [QUOTE=sajjad sadique;419590]it is due to the basic structure of bureaucracy. it follows written rules, does everything on paper through a set procedure. it lacks the skill of innovation and faces ineritia. [QUOTE=sajjad sadique;419590]Procedure make them overstretch the rules, some times they even don't want so. However, lack of accountability also makes them do that. [QUOTE=sajjad sadique;419590]Yes, they do. due to lack of awareness and information of the service-seeker, the service-provider exploits the former.

My Interview - 17th April 2012 (Peshawar)
Hi everyone!!!
Here are the details of my interview held on the 17th of April’ 12 at Peshawar Center. My optional subjects: Indo-Pak History, Journalism, Sociology, and Psychology. I am an English Literature and Applied Linguistics major from Peshawar University, and I am currently working as a freelance writer. So, here I go… 1 He asked me why I had answered the rebirth question in the proforma… I tried to be a little witty by stating that as a writer it is my job to be imaginative, so I imagined to have been born again. But, he wasn’t quite impressed… hehe His focus was on Psychology, English Literature and general knowledge. He asked things related to psychosis and neurotic disturbances, as well as different terms of Psychology… such as Alzheimer’s diseases, schizophrenia, and forgetfulness. Details about straits and seas – their locations and importance. He even asked me about several important English writers and poets. General questions like why do I wish to join the civil services and what change I could possibly bring to the system? Questions about freelance writing, my writing interest, and my published book. Current security situation, why and how to solve? 2 Current situation of the Palestine and Israel issue. How do I foresee it and what suggestions I have to solve the long-standing issue? Current status of the Egypt issue...How it started, what’s currently going on and how do I foresee it and why. Questions about different genres of literature. Which one do I like the most and why? How do I view poetry and prose? Plus, about different eras of English Literature and their importance… a healthy discussion ensued, once I began to put forth my views etc. There were a few more questions from him that I cannot recall at the moment… will make sure I update my thread. 3 Foreign debt of Pakistan? External and internal. Foreign Remittance Trade deficit Tax percentage Shakespearean age and its importance… restoration, Augustan age etc. Coleridge and Wordsworth – how are they different or similar. PCNS report and all the details related to it. Need to give my head a big shake!!! I am missing out a number of questions… I will update the thread when the forgotten stuff pops in... Good luck!! |
