ME.sir actually i was not hardworking but i think due to my smart work i could get this.

ME............sir i have already told that i was not good student that's why.

ME............sir i did not write that i did not respect him but did not have good relations means on many points i did oppose him due to difference of opinion.

i said sorry sir i think you could not get my point because i objected many decisions of my late father but in the circle of respect it was just because of difference of opinions nothing else.

ME.....sir i think madrassa in pakistan have both positive and negative aspects as they are educating a large no of poor children in pakistan but at the same producing extremists in huge quantity.

ME......i think govt should keep a vigilant eye on the activities of madrassa specially on their relations with foreign countries and how they are getting finances and on what they are spending more?

ME......sir actually psp was written at the time of filling application form and for css i planed to bowl wicket to wicket so at that time i wrote it just as a formality and now after clearing the written exam i think seriously on it and bring psp on second place.
SG.....how can we save police from being politicised ?
ME....sir in these circumstances i think we can not prevent police because all the promotions.transfers and postings are in the hands of politicians .but if we bring some reforms in police ordinance then we can do something.
SG........what reforms would you suggest?
ME......sir as we did in our judicial system after 18th amendment by giving them job security ,establishment of judicial commission and supreme judicial council.no one can dismiss a judge from his service politically.
SG......and no politician can dismiss any police officer
ME.....yes sir they can not dismiss them but they can create situation that he may resign due to posting transfer and promotion threats.

ME....no sir
SG......i wish you have had read it so that you might know that there are some forums like judicial commission and supreme judicial councils but it is another thing that these are ineffective .

During my interview i could not answer some questions inspite of it i was confident. BHAGWAN DAS AND AWAIS MUSHTAQ asked me how could you do job in dmg when u don't know these things.i said sir if i don't know these things its not a big issue u allocate me then during my training i will learn everythinhg so just alloacate me.then Bhagwan das was just looking at me and Awias Mushtaq asked me what r u saying it is not important for u i replied yes not so important at this time.he said very politely its true u will learn there but u should know these things before gonig there.

FDor the first 5 to 7 minutes he was not satisfied on what i had written in my proforma but after some time he became calm and looked satisfied.but during the interview i remained confident as i knew that bhagwan das tactics to put pressure upon those who try to look like confident during their interview and before going to be appeared in the viva i consulted with many css qualifiers who also told me that it is his usual behavior .so i was mentally prepared before facing him and his such behavior could not bring me under the pressure.though i would like to mention here that saud gohar was not fully satisfied when he himself was asking questions to me but bhagwan das and mian ahmed were ok.when mian ahmed was questioning i asked 'sir can i drink water'?at this saud gohar said yes sure.his voice was very polite.i quite confidently drank water and reply very accurately to mian ahmed.i am not worried about their attitude as i am sure that i will easily fetch insha ALLAH between 175 to 200 marks in interview but yes i am worried about my written score .time duration was almost 25 minutes,they were asking questions very quickly ,no long discussion on any question,i did not speak so much sentences .only one or two sentences just and then they put another question before me.

Seniors please comment on the division of 300 marks amongst the three panellists?? actually I dropped 4 questions in all and 3 of them I dropped with Mr Bhagwandas. I was very comfortable with other two panelists. I just want to know how much would it hit me if I drop 3 questions with the chairman. Senior please comment on it.

overall Attitude of BD was normal, but at times he gave unsatisfied expressions.
Attitude of Soud Gohar and M. Ahmed Mian was very good and polite.

When I entered the room he was looking on my file with sideways posture. He did not asked me to sit & asked a question before I properly sat on the chair. Also he asked the first question without looking at me. However I remain confident in interview room
