You can check across the forum all the interviews posted by members & then their final DMC. I have gone through it. I can present the examples that less marks have been awarded to those candidates whom psychological questions were asked. But I can present as it would be too personal and moderators would delete it. You can yourself go through.

Toughness of interview has nothing to do with high marks, the judgement will be made through the answers one gives, no matter the questions asked are difficult or easy, so don't worry about that. Yes, they cross check the assessment report and they themselves make their own assessment as well, there are a lot of aspects of personality that can't be checked through written and even psychological assessment, for example how to bear pressure, confidence level is being analyzed, the way of responding to different questions, mannerism, the way of tackling the situation when the candidate don't know the answer of a question, if one is confident, under confident or over confident, so they must have checked what they wanted to check, and for experienced and expert people it takes only a few moments to assess.best of luck!

Muhammad Ali Asghar is an exceptional case. He might have been asked some more question which he might forgot while posting his interview experience. He must have handled opinion based questions very well. He also dropped some questions which cleary shows that dropping neelam ghar type question is not a major issue to be worried about.

His academic career is also superb which must have been considered by the panel. Educational experience at reputed local/foreign institutions must have contributed to his personality development, cofidence and pressure handling skills which came in handy in his interview.

Have a look at his educational profile:
MSc Public Management & Governance (London School of Economics & Political Science, U.K.)
Masters in Computer Engineering (University of Melbourne, Australia)
BS Computer Systems Engineering (Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute, Swabi)

According to him, even he was a bit nervous after his interview thinking that he was not asked from his strength areas. So, you never know how are you going to be assessed by the panel. Time duration does not matter because Muhammad Ali Asghar got excellent score in a relatively short duration interview.

Don't think much about result. Keep yourselves busy in other activities. Because if one is over occupied with the thoughts about interview/result, it will rather increase anxiety and tension. Do what you can do now, that is 'Prayers'. May Almighty bless every one with splendid success!

It means under privileged candidates have to bear discrimination at FPSC too. How come a poor or average candidate can get education in these universities. Panel should keep into mind this while awarding marks. People from humble background may have more capabilities but they need a brush to polish it. If I would be in the panel then I would have been take into consideration the background & educational facilities a candidate have.

Brother, This is not the case. Most of the candidates who qualify CSS and are allocated top groups are from middle class families. They get education from Pakistani institutions. Possessing foreign qualification soley doesn't make one eligible for top groups. Even a foreign qualified candidate has to display the art of different required qualities to be eligible for good score and Muhammad Ali Asghar did that exceptionally well.

My optional subjects are:
History of India and Pakistan
Geography
Agriculture
Forestry

I answered i am reflecting Islamic ideology from Islamic Republic of Pakistan and if i am broadminded that doesn't matter. BD said but how will you apply your law in their country they have their own law and you will have to follow that and they have imposed ban on hijab, so a little discussion followed
