Can anybody get some 'reliable' info from Establishment Division about total no of vacancies for CE-11?
No rumours plz.

there r 217 seats..along with carry over seats they are nearly 280..but there is no benefit to punjab.....it is confirmed what i m telling.

I was thinking about the 'benefit to Punjab' factor. Suppose there are 217 seats and around 60 carry over seats. In case these carry over 60 seats fall in top 120 according to their merit position. Then it would help the lower merit standing candidates of Punjab?? Like a Punjab based candidate with overall merit no. 180 might be selected??

Your analysis is not proper. The top 110 candidates of Punjab will be selected irrespective of their merit number. the inclusion of others into top merit will make no difference. Also historically Punjabins are on top.

Default When Vacancy CE-2011 will be announced
When detail of vacancies will be announced. Last time it was with result. I am praying for NIL vacancy of CTG, as I have opt it wrongly over PAAS.

i think due to budget they have not announced the seats. CTG will have some seats brother:P...customs will have the least number of seats.

Being 5th in AJK, and finding it almost impossible to make through to CSA, today I came to my office with a new enthusiasm and interest in my work. But still some-where in the farthest corner of my heart I see a window. Can that open?At-least I don't know.....

so seniors and those who have a hawk-eye on stats: Do you have any idea of previously carried forward C/F Balance which is a fractional figure that is being added to current factor to determine number of seats against every entity of quota?

It looks a silly question but I believe that one should ask foolish questions and listen the answers wisely
