Following the trend of dmc's it is noticed that interview panel has given less marks to those who have scored well in written portion. Why have they adopted this strategy? One should have an edge of good written marks.

My brother also appeared. Just check his DMC as well. They were sympathetic towards low scoring candidates or who were appearing second time . Its my observation after going through all DMC's shared. It can be wrong!!!

This is extremely sad to notice that how those candidates who have scored above 700 were given lowest marks in interview. Why have they done this? this shows that panel had some pre-planned strategy to target such candidates.

Essay= 40 (come on! :@)
English = 63 (hmm…alright!)
Everyday Science = 50 (Are u kidding me? I got all the MCQs right :@)
Current Affairs= 45 (OK!! If that’s what you think!)
Pakistan Affairs= 57 (could never expect such a low score for a topnotch attempt)
Islamiat= 40 (After all those references to Ayats and Hadiths, this is what you have given me? :@)
Sociology= 70 (that’s fair and square)
Journalism= 65 (OK! I am good with this, since it hasn’t been a very scoring subject, I believe)
IndoPak=76 (Now, this is where I LOST it… arrgghhhh)
Regret to have taken this as my optional
Psychology= 145 (I expected something as big as this… so, GREAT!)

Total written exams: 651.. only if I hadn’t opted for as silly a subject as IndoPak, I think I could get close to 680s or something.

Viva Voce: 222… I was expecting a BIG score here, so cool with this.

It was my first attempt and although I had prepared the written exams in 2.5 months (with a full-time job), but I was quite satisfied with my performance. Some of the scores have been a complete disappointment but I am glad that my proper preparation for the interview made up for the loss in the written score.
