Default Procedure for those already in govt service.
I am recently working in punjab health department as a permanent employee, so kindly guide what will be the procedure for resigning or will I be relieved from duty in favor of federal govt.
n wat abt my present service duration.. will I get any benefit of serving a year in govt sector???????????????

You can get the procedure from Civil Servant Act Punjab or may be from APT Rules and you will not get any benefit if you resign from job.
