Why they investigate our house? and why they use to visit our home?
And what is the reason behind it?
Accha will they go our University from where we had done our degree..?
Or will they go our office where we had done our job?
If some body found guilt in a crime in his office or educational institute(for instance he/she is fired/restigated from his/her university/office and will they disqualified that person after getting this news?
ANd if some body is fired/restigated from a job/institutute......and he/she had note mentioned that in the forms???and had applied from an other institute's degree.....then will they findh out his/her previous university from where he got restigated/fired?
if yes than what will be the result? if he/she not mentioned his/her that degree from where got restigated/disqulifed/fired? and he/she has aapplied simply from BA degree???
Thanks....

@ssara
The main purpose of investigation is to confirm that a candidate has clean criminal history or is not involved in any unlawful activity. They also verify whether any kind of FIR has been registered against the candidate.
They visit house of the candidate to confirm that the address mentioned by him/her on his documents is correct and that he/she is actually a temporary/permanent resident of that house.
They usually don't visit educational institution / employer because it is not their responsibility to verify candidate's educational documents. However, if they are in any doubt and need to furthr probe into candidate's character etc, they may visit his her educational institution / employer office for detail of his/her activities over there.
If someone is involved in a criminal activity and he/she doesn't mention it on his security performa, there is a possibilty that the candidate might have to face consquences incase they find it out somehow. But I am not sure how severe these may be or whether it may cause disqualification or not.

Dear Sarfraz, today Investigation officer visited our home for Security clearance in NDC for the Post of AM finance (SPS - 08) They spend one hour and fill few forms in front of me and ask for few documents like Passport/CNIC and Notable of the Area and gaztted officer verification in our area. Every thing was good enough.
my father was also with me during their visit and we didnot pay even a single rupee as a mithai and even they didnt ask for it.
I am very thank full to Allah that he saved me from such thing.
lets face further inquiries by other departments
