Please do confirm from following number that acceptance has been reached properly

Both are required & encouraged.I just called to confirm that fax has been received, concerned person also asked me to send it through TCS too.

No issue.

Better to fax it and confirm the receipt of fax from the concerned section through telephone call.

I dont think so, infact i think its recommended. I have done the same.

Is there any way to confirm that they have recieved our acceptance?

is there any need to send acceptance on stamp paper? in the past i was appointed for a govt. job on contract and had to give my acceptance on stamp paper. is it necessary for css also??.plz guide.
