How should be the acceptance letter sent?? any specific format?

acceptance letter stamp paper pe dena hai ya sada paper pe. is an affidavette needed?

I got the format from the forum, edited it, and faxed it Islamabad. It was on plan paper signed with blue pen. I think we will recieve a letter from ED then we will have to send it again, however i guess to be on the safe side its recommended to send the acceptance asap.
now is there any number through which we can confirm if they have recieved it?

Should it be sent prior to the letters that we will be receiving officially?

what if a candidate sends acceptace through fax and also TCS. koi problem to nahi ho gai. ??
