There will be no benefit of such petition. In case of a paper court cannot raise objection on the marks awarded by examiner, only recounting could be ordered. Now it is a interview where even no paper exists.So he is just wasting the chance of a candidate. But he also has the right to do so.

if he accepts the allocation tis means he has accepted the decision of the board. then who can he challange something which he has already accepted. moreover accepting the allocation will mean one seat wasted.

if he joins PAAS training only then chance of a candidate is wasted but ctp of last coming candidate would be with 41ctp. he is surely going to waste his own time and energies. anyway shami sab is right that it is his right

so now should we assume that all candidates are joining and the last male candidate in punjab would be merit no. 135.

Only sending the acceptance letter would not suffice the requirements. One must join or defer the CTP also. If one sends acceptance letter and does not join/defer the CTP, seat will be offered to other candidate. Seniors please comment, am i right ?
