passed bt got nothing....should have remedy?
brother cud u plz mail me ur cell no. regarding ur petition ,pending adjudication before honorable C.J IHC,coz um a practicing lawer in ibd distt. courts and high court and also one who passed but got nothing.i personally wans to file a petition in IBD HIGH COURT seeking remedy for those,lyk me, who did passed bt nt allocated may be adjusted against other relevant jobs in bps 17 required same qualification as an passed candidate possess.e.g if there are vacancies in F.I.A or any other department and F.P.S.C is conducting exam for them,then why not they simply referred passing candidates to such department as per qualification and merit list saving tym and procedural issues.there must be something for those who hav passed the superior exam bt nt got even a simple Bps 17 job?especially where there they are qualifyng,hav no other chance etc
