Default Reason of not mentioning Provinces

what is logic of not mentioning provinces in merit list, when it is historic practice to mention. Any body having any idea ?

Probably due to haste of declaring the result otherwise there is no reason to do so.....

If they had done it mistakenly or in a haste, they would have not mentioned this line at the end of the result statement/Press Note:

'Amongst the top 10 candidates, 02 belong to Sindh (R), 01 to Sindh (U) and rest are from Punjab inclusive of 02 females.'

If name of provinces had been mentioned against the name of qualifiers, this statement/line would not make any sense. Therefore, probably, there may be some reason only known to FPSC for not mentioning this.

I read in some book of constitutional history of Pakistan that the quota system was to be abolished in 1993 but due to persistent disparity in educational standards of federating units, it was given a 20 year lease of life, which makes 2013 the year of expiry of quota system. I guess the constitutional blanket to this quota scheme stands dissolved and FPSC has not mentioned domiciles just to avoid this legal glitch. Now I don't know whether a presidential order is needed to extend this duration in which case it might happen anytime or the assembly has to pass some bill which might take some time.

This is something i just read once. I might be wrong. Seniors are requested to confirm.

your observation has grounds, might be this is the reason. If this is reason that there will be delay in announcement of vacancies and allocations.

No! This just means ke higher ups have to come up with some piece of legislation to continue with this quota system and give it a constitutional cover (that just expired) and this might take some time.
