open merit seats for sindh rural and urban candidates

sindh rural has performed remarkably well in this year CSS 2012....How many candidates from sindh rural and urban would be able to bag open merit seats this year 2012?any idea

i personally think merit number 06 dmg or police, merit number 29 foreign service from open merit....merit number 41 income tax...merit number 51 income tax and merit number 58 income tax from open merit..may be my guess is wrong....open merit seats are 2 for psp and 3 for dmg....one defection can make merit 6 bag open merit group.....let us c...any idea....................

can any one tell as to whether or not the merit number 58 would manage to obtain open merit income tax seat....if yes how many chances are there?

there are very good chances because 4 Irs open merit seats will be there. and merit no. 58 hai IRS at 3rd preference. assuming others around his merit no. has FSP, he can easily get IRS on open merit.

I guess you are not understanding as to what i want to actually say....open merit seats for sindh rural are four.....whereas all pakistan merit seats comprise of 7.5 per cent of entire seats....i m talking about all pakistan open merit seats not sindh rural open merit seat excluding minorities and women...hope u understand

the second time i was talking about all pakistan open merit. i said if merit no. close to him (all pakistan) have FSP at 3 (or even IRS) he has good chances of getting IRS on All pakistan open merit (which will be 4 or may be 3)

i don't know his preferencex may be PAS (if 4 open seats, but 1 women seat will be there i guess) or next preference will be it.

shoaib mubarak will get any group but police and DMG...he will surely obtain his third choice which would be either foreign service, or customs or Inland Revenue Service....If his first and second choice is foreign service then he will get it....
