How saman sherazi next in merit for open merit seat as she could easily get postal seat from AJK Qouta?

Open merit comes before quota, thats why.

because up to 140 all get allocated in their preferred groups so he got the merit seat of postal. And merit seat is separate from quota.

Can anybody give/upload info regarding other qualified candidate s from AJK? As may be some people already at CSA not to get Ce-2012 Allocate d seats?

ok ok..i got it..it was very confusing at first but i have sorted it out..i am 4th in AJK and the fourth seat in AJK is of postal so i was going to get it but there was one seat of postal in open merit as well so they put me there beecause i am on top in the postal group..i had to get postal anyway in AJK at merit 141 so they put me in postal again on open merit as they had to put someone with the highest merit no in postal so my AJK seat got vaccated and the guy who is 5th in AJK luckiliy got that seat;)
