Dear AminShah,

your guidance needed. Please write whom should we OMG Probabtioners send our acceptance. As per my understanding one letter to SO ED, the other to Director Programme CSA and Third one to the undersigned of our offer letter i.e. The deputy director to Govt of Pak. Is it so? Whats the adress of Third? Where should we dispatch?

yes, one to So (t-v)
2nd to Director (programme), SO
3rd to deputy director to the govt. of pakistan, (Establishment Division, the letter is sent from Establishment division, and the name can be mentioned on envelope, it will reach there)
4th, (there are two undersigned on my OMG letter) S0, OMG-II, Estab

I called section T-V today and they said that surety bond photocopy is to be enclosed with letters to establishment and original is to be sent to CSA. In case of deferral they don't need surety..
