Well cramming is not helpful in mercantile law. You must have grip over concepts & must also quote 1 or 2 case laws to support you argument. A month of study with 2 hours daily will yield good results. You can skip company law & arbitration section to save time. You will be safe.

But as far as I have observed ML paper, its not the whole of Company Law that needs to have grip over but some selected topics would be enough as one has to cover Objective portion also.
What do u say?

Luqman Baig is good for Beginners. Bt Khalid Cheema and Luqman stretch topics in an irrelevant manner. after having your base you will need to cement the building of concepts so BARE ACTS, Shukla or ND Kapoor might be helpful in solving CASE LAWS. Moreover you can go through Mercantile Law past papers of Module B (Foundation Exam) held by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan at this site:
