Testing centre in USA & Form submission

Dear Members,

Could you please guide me that is there any option of appearing in Paper abroad i.e New York or Washington D.C at Pakistan Embassy or consulate as i heard that FPSC held exams there for over-seas Pakistanis & my second question is that if it is not possible then do one need to be personally present at FPSC office to submit form in Pakistan or any of relative/friend can do that?

it is not in any way necessary that fpsc will conduct exams abroad...it,as a matter of fact,depends on the strength of the students..if a group of 20 or more is formed than they can arrange exams...3 of my brothers are in europe,last year one of them came here to take css papers and by the grace of Almighty Allah he succeeded.....now you havin two options ,one;either to wait and see whether a group is being formed or not ,and second;to come here and take the paperz........i hope you got the point...taataa...

CSS is held only inside pakistan.You'll have to come back to Pakistan to appear in Exams.

Yes,You can send it through any relative.

could you guide me about that character certificate needed to submit with the form ? what kinda certificate it is? police one or educational institution one? as i want to keep my stuff ready.

educational character certificate is required not that one of security clearance.
