Bro I think Seep is female and if that is the case then it is right a decision, PSP is aptitude based job and for females it is very hard , PAS,FSP,IRS,PAAS are better options for females. Moreove she doesn't want to quit civil service but want to change group.

Very few allocated members are here, try here but it is better to try while in CTP as I am sure there will be few in FSP if not in PAS who would love to join PSP as mostly FSP is at number 3 preference for males while PSP at first or second

I think seep mostly intrested in PAS and its allocation confirmed but the viva marks placed hurdle in their dreams.She is not mentally prepared or his mind not accepted for PSP.According to its written marks she deserved PAS.

seep...congrats , best wishes for getting your desired group. How you rate IRS ? I believe its second best group for females after PAS, since it is office job in good environment and you can get posting in any city you like. Unlike FSP in which you are only posted in islamabad and abroad.

Don't waste your time by soliciting raw opinions here; most of the members will share their own opinions instead of information and relevant procedures. You need to contact with FPSC and Establishment Division for the possibility and procedure if any. However, there is remote possibility of such swap; you need to be determined and consistent in nature to follow up this process, since you will face multiple barriers in such swapping.

Moreover, if you find opportunity to swap your group, do swap with PAS instead of FSP. PAS has better career and say in our system. You will easily find PAS candidates who long for PSP but their merit number proved to be hurdle.
