R we supposed to send the acceptance letter to the Establishment Division on our own or wait for a letter from them?

You have to wait for the official letter from ED / Ministry and reply afterwards accordingly.

What about Surety Bond ?
Have we to send photocopies of Bond to all concerned authorities and keep original with ourselves ?
