Default Medical Testing of the candidates

there are some rumours going around that few candiates were disualified in css-13 due to medical reasons after they had cleared their written exam,
would any senior member plz guide us and tell us about the whole medical test pattern step by step.
P.S : Is css med test similar to army?do they make u take off ur cloths ? which i think is a bit embarrassing.
