Why did FPSC fail many candidates in interviews this year?

We know it will be very hard to accept failure in interview.I feel sad for those who flunked in interview.I want to know why did FPSC fail so many candidates in interviews this year? What went wrong? Can anyone share inside of failure in interviews?[/COLOR]

CSS interview is more like a viva.They ask questions like any exam.you fail to provide the answers they will pen you down as a CRAMMER.and all your hardwork will go down the drain...

A question which has made everybody curious these days. In the history of CSS interviews never have we seen such a bulk of failures. some of the failures, that I know, were not that bad to not get passing marks at least.

If some one has authentic info please share
