Post Any advantage of belonging to PATA and FATA areas

Hi all,
I have planned to appear in CSS 2014 exam. Just wanted to ask is there any advantage of belonging to FATA and PATA areas. What difference does it make if one apply as belonging from KPK and the other as belonging from KPK (Tribal Areas).

07 seats allotted to FATA + GB this year.
04 seats for open merit, 02 women quota and 01 for minorities.
So for Muslim males there were only 04 seats, one of which was also occupied by a female.
