When penal conducts interview, at that time do they know about our marks which we have secured in written either our first attempt's or the current?

I talked to Rana Abdul Aziz who topped CSS 2010 written exam, he said that he felt as if Rana Bhagwan Das, the then chairman knew his marlks in writen. While other says No
.

Interview panel doesn't know our marks in written.
