Default FATA candidates appearing in 2014

Are there any candidates from FATA out there? Would really like to know if any females are applying. I want to see what my chances are to get through the exam!

Well from FATA/GB women have great chances as they only need to clear the exam and they can get selected on quota. In CSS 2012 allocation 2 women got seats on quota out of 6 total seats for FATA/GB, though one was in 500s and other in 300s or 400s. There is a very strange system of Quota for women particularly in FATA/GB. Men in 200s and 300s were not allocated as they could not make it in merit.

I think it's somewhat required considering that there are hardly a few women from FATA that are actually in service. The whole point is to promote women and given all sorts of factors (more stress on boys being educated rather than girls), a little discrimination is more than necessary.

I think there use to be 10 to 12 seats for GB FATA every year. and male candidates have also chances because the merit goes up to 350 even for male.
