first of all congrats to all qualified members.. and pray for unsuccessful candidates..ALLA g unhen sabr-e-jmeel ata farmen.. today's result was not less than a horror movie.. i remain online throughout the time while reading black and golden words of all worthy members.. m afraid seriously i am thinking 'better leave now.. sab members sy request hy 2014 k aspirants ko guide kren future me aj k din sy bachny k liaye????

We can analyze the result only after knowing detailed mark sheet's of passed and failed students. Is it only essay or the other subject? Let's wait and watch!

No doubt an essay is the most critical and horrifying paper in Css exam. but i think optional subjects have also been targeted badly by fpsc. we shall know this mystery after the declaration of DMC 's of candidates. this result has really disappointed us

Not really. People have worked hard for years and appeared in this exam but didn't score. So hard work or luck can't say exactly which one works. Hard work didn't work in my case. Bad luck did.

Dear Engr.

Please do not set all hopes on CSS as it is said that do not put all of your eggs in one basket. Keep looking for other options as well such as PMS and/or scholarship opportunites. The more you have diversified goals, the less you will break in case you missed something (CSS).

Hope you got my point. CSS is not the end of the world.

Dear Sahar,

If you leave now, then you are actually fulfilling wish of FPSC as FPSC want candidates to leave CSS and go with other options since it is becoming tiring for them to work with 22000+ applications and checking millions of papers. That's why they are sweeping candidates out.

It is imperative for 2014 or future aspirants to study in more coprehensive manner using quality matterial and diversified approach. Watching CE 2013 written result or even if one go further back paper setting techniques are undergoing drastic transformation. So candidates also need to adjust accordingly and smartly.
