Default System of attendance at the exam centre
Moderators and Seniors
due to some unavoidable circumstances i won't be able to sit in the coming css exam (css 2014) i had appllied got the roll no slip etc .now what worries me is that what if due to clerical error or mismanagement at the exam center my attendance gets marked and i loose a chance ........what are the checks and balance during the exam to avoid this so that no one loses a costly attempt

It has never happened. Candidates write their answer sheet number in front of their roll number and then sign the attendance sheet. If you are not going to sign the attendance sheet, your attendance won't be marked by any chance.
