Although, fifteen days are not enough to deal with an essay. But, the irony is that, candidates are getting an opportunity once again to write essay neatly and effectively. So, other competitors definitely will disallow this activity again because it's a 100% loss to them.

This is not fair,in fact that is injustice with all other candidates.

Instead of taking the paper again they should try to catch the culprit.

Its been second time in a row that few individuals gonna get advantage over others.

it is unfair at all.. and the reason fpsc is giving is just a lame excuse.. i mean how is it possible that a parcel gets missing.. was it a living thing like fpsc staff members who got injured during the accident.. so one presumes that the "parcel" was also injured and eventually got missing.. itx all bulls***t... !! and adding further to the misery of the candidates the typo's they made in css 2014 where just careless... how can they do such a mistake on such a high level exam, for which one prepares throughout the year.. donot they recheck after printing.. again its bulls***t...
