congratulations to all passing candidates and good luck for future candidate. CSS is the most unpredictable exam I must say. I couldn't make in my last attempt. Feeling sad

To those who couldn't make it, please remember there are two parts; one is hard work and the other is luck, when you work hard but couldn't make it, it simply means either this all is not good for you or the time isn't appropriate so if you have availed all the attempts believe in the former and if you have attempts left with you believe in the latter. Wish you luck too!
