To all whom it may concern , today i contacted fpsc regional office karachi for css forms and they informed me that hardcopy of forms are not available. The guy said that now the procedure is to apply online print the hardcopy of form and send by post .Last year I submitted my form in regional office karachi. So in this year regional office is excluded and all aspirants have to fill the online form.

AoA Everyone, considering the difficulties and confusion faced by aspirants in CE-2014's online application I decided to make a tutorial for printing the online application as it was met with problems by most of the candidates.

Yes it was already announced by FPSC that from CE-2015 and onwards all candidates have to apply online for CSS.

yes i know even last time there was online as well, but this year online is compulsory to the extent that even form submission at regional office is excluded. The main distinguishing point is that not even hard copy of form is to be submitted at regional office. In other words, in this year regional offices are completely excluded from form submission. FPSC did not mention this so it was a bit ambiguous for me.

Have you confirmed that it FPSC is not accepting by hand submission at provincial offices ? How is it possible ? If it is so then why those regional/provincial offices are still open ?

As for last year I applied online and sent it through TCS but as far as I know they were accepting submission at provincial/regional offices.

i'm right now applying for CSS online. I came across the 'treasury number' and 'bank branch' folders. what should i do in this regard ?

That would be written on the chalan form by bank after submitting fee

Yes it is on fpsc website. Click on css 2015 on left side of homepage of fpsc website. You need to download and print it.

what documents are to be dispatched along with the form? can't find para 27 of the form!

Para 27 of the Application form will be shown after you apply successfully...

It includes these documents but not all of them are to be dispatched, only those that apply to you..

27) Check List: Please confirm that the following documents have been attached with the application form:

a. Original Treasury Receipt for Rs.2200
b. Recent 4 Photographs (attested on back side, mentioning name and father's name)
c. Attested copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
d. Attested copy of Matriculation Certificate showing date of birth. Provisional Certificate/ Result Card/ Marks Sheet is not acceptable.
e. Attested copy of Intermediate Certificate. Provisional Certificate/ Result Card/ Marks Sheet is not acceptable.
f. Attested copy of Degree(s).
g. Attested copy of self Domicile Certificate
h. Certificate for Buddhist and Scheduled Caste Candidates. (Annex-A)
