Thumbs down List of the rejected candidates!
The list has been uploaded, showing 1584 candidates whose candidature has been rejected. One sigh of hope is that all these candidates have been allotted Roll Numbers, meaning thereby, the problem may be resolved on individual basis.

Can I apply with provisional transcript as I'm not yet awarded a full degree but I have completed my graduation ?

Too early to ask that. Applications will be invited in the month of September. You would have the degree in hand by then.
