I have 47.8 percent marks in graduation under annual examination. Second division is mentioned on result card. Punjab university award C grade to 50 percentage scorers. 47.8 percentage gets D grade. Am I eligible?

Education:
1.A candidate must hold at least a Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelor degree in any faculty of one of the Pakistani Universities or an equivalent degree or comparable educational qualifications of a foreign University. (The candidate must have acquired the requisite qualification, on or before 1st January, 2008).
2.A candidate who has obtained a Third Division (or ‘D’ grade) in his/her Bachelor’s Degree will be eligible for the Examination in cases where he/she has obtained a higher Division in Master’s Degree.
3.The decision as to which foreign degrees or comparable educational qualifications are equivalent to corresponding Pakistani degree rests solely with the Commission.

These are the rules regarding education qualifications , i think if there is 'or' present there , then you are deemed to be eligible . Moreover , you must contact fpsc . Hopefully , they will guide you in a better way (Y) .

Contact of Fpsc is given below , maybe it will be of any help ;
