Default Procedure for re-appearing
i have appeared in 2017 but intend to re-appear in 2018 exam. However, the rules of css require such a person to submit an application before result. Can anyone tell me the procedure?

As usual. You can apply for CE-2018 and the written result of CE-17 will be announced before the closing date of CE-2018.
You can apply even you passed the written part of CE-2017.
