Ma sha Allah. May Allah guide us all and grant us the willpower you have that I desire.

There has already been an official notification by FPSC on 27th April that all recruitment, including CSS 2017 interviews are suspended. I am apprehensive that checking of CSS 2018 papers may also be stopped and result may take even longer than the eons it takes normally.

Oh now thats worrisome if 2017 css interviews have also been postponed..., But as far as paper checking is concerned, I think FPSC cannot just ask professors or send them a letter to pause their checking of papers or put down their paper checking markers until such time when they are asked to resume wherever they had paused? never mind. It seems too serious. I think paper checking should be going as planned and result may be withheld if this matter has yet to be resolved until October 2018,

Well, you should pray for yourself & for others that you all get good marks in the exam. Meanwhile, you should keep reading newspaper so that not only your knowledge remain updated but you could also continue a good habit that you have developed during your preparation for CSS.

Default Lahore Tour.

Aslamoalaikum,,,
Dear thread followers, I opted one's advise for visiting places and went for visit to Lahore. I have never been in Lahore before. I spent half week there. It never let me return. I started my journey from Islamabad at 8 am and arrived at 12 noon via motorway. It rained all the way to Lahore. I always kept opposing Motorway construction and deemed it as underutilized and a non-necessary infrastructure development. But after having journey through, I have changed my opinion, I guess. Well, Initially I landed myself at Minar-e-Pakistan and Grand Badshahi Mosque. At Minar, though entrance inside Minar was allowed, I remembered 1940 resolution & felt pride of being Pakistani. I spent remaining day at mosque till sunset. The architecture of mosque was breath taking, the art inside mosque on walls and roof was amazingly perfect.. Many a times I had feeling of being present while it has been constructed. I was wondering around to see the gigantic Minars and tombs of the mosque. I regretted why I had never thought of visiting Lahore before. Next day, I visited Shahi Qila beside Badshahi Mosque before noon and in the evening I attended Flag lowering ceremony at Wagha. I totally below my mind away. There were tons of patriotism and "junoon". it was amazing to see a Jawan of Pakistani Ranger right at equal footing with Indian Soldier, shaking hand with same & perhaps more aggression . It was a fantastic tour. I am still have feelings of this adventure. Thank you all.
