And what if after getting the requisite experience someone leaves the the job? Would he be eligible then? Or it's mandatory to continue the job so as to write the exam?

today is 16oct still there is no update about registration from fpsc.

Registration will start soon and schedule for the exam will remain same.
Someone has already shared the public notice on CSS forum. please search it.
