Miss Tooba, I can count a dozen grammatical error in the message you wrote about your attempt in 2019. Maybe the fault is that you over estimated your writing skills. Just a suggestion.

Prepared all except Physics 1 and History of USA on the day before exam.
Consulted JWT books for all except Precis and Physics.
Strategy was to prepare selected questions by doing a past paper analysis.
Could only memorize the headings thus produced a poor result in the end.
Used extremely simple language in the essay and wrote about 1500 words.
Hand writing was very bad.
Introduction and Conclusions were logical but body was very weak.
Sentences made were short, much like the ones in this post.
Wrote about IT with poor knowledge of it.

Will be giving the 2020 one, and this time with some preparation In Shaa Allah.

If you have confidence in your abilities don't listen to any one. Go for it. It is no big deal if you work hard with planning. You have ample of time.

Anyone knows which subject got targeted in css 2019? And what if I choose to attempt islamic studies in urdu in 2020 exam. Because in 2019 I attempted in english and I was sure I'll clear it but I failed. Is that right that those who attempted in urdu passed it? I've 39 marks in Islamic studies In 2019.
Please suggest me.

Medium doesn't matter, I think, as long as you write the correct answer.If you are comfortable with English, attempt the paper in English and vice versa.

Hey, @SikanderAbbasi Bro, it is clear from this outline that you are a great writer with a formidable command of the English language. I must confess, though, that it does not seem as though your essay corresponds with the topic. The examiners are wary of interpretations that they don't immediately recognize as related to the topic, however well written they may be. This is because people memorize essays and then through some stretch of imagination try to correlate them with one of the topics. InshaAllah, I'm certain and praying that your second attempt is the lucky charm and you succeed but will suggest not to write on a topic beyond the range of it's obvious scope. Best of luck for 2020!
