638 including Essay.
Marks in stats and B.ad are a little hard to digest. Overall, whatever.
So your score is less than last year's.I suppose FPSC believes with time knowledge depreciates. This is so absurd man. I will never really understand the marking criteria. It was my last attempt and the examiner failed me in essay. I also scored 18 in IR-2 which is bizarre. I scored 80 in Gender studies in my first attempt and in my last attempt, now that I had read a complete book, various articles on the subject, they gave me 40. I was so confident about this time to score more than 60.

English Essay 15
Because I didn't practice. However, I had practiced making outlines at the end.

English (Precis and Composition) 62
My aptitude. I have been learning English with zeal and zest since 2009. I just love this language and I entertain myself learning English and getting better in it.
The paper was pretty much like FSc. English paper. So if you are able to score 80+ marks in English paper of FSc/FA then you will easily pass this paper. I had scored 84 marks in 1st year (FSc)

GK1 (General Science & Ability) 55
I had left 12 marks questions due to lack of time. Another 10 marks question was wrong (got zeros marks, as I checked right after the paper) again due to lack of time and I simply solved it in haste otherwise I would have done it correctly.

GK2 (Current Affairs) 35
I didn't attempt an entire question due to lack of time. Prepared from YouTube. Study I.Q. and most importantly I watched the videos of the famous Sir. Farid of NOA (Islamabad). I have never been to academy.

GK3 (Pakistan Affairs) 40

Prepared from YouTube. CSS/PMS Guru Channel I just watched his playlist of "Pakistan Affairs", that was absolutely helpful.

Total in GK: 130

Islamic Studies. 45
Again I didn't attempt an entire question. Prepared from YouTube.

International Relations
Paper A 47
Paper B 19 (couldn't attempt one long question due to lack of time). I didn't score well in MCQs due to lack of knowledge perhaps.
Total in I.R. 66
I had prepared I.R. only by watching the 45 lectures of Virtual University that are available on YouTube. The lecturer's name is Honourable Mr. Muhammad Ali (I don't know if he is a professor). I used to write the slides shown by him in the videos but at the end I found out that those slides were already available for download.
Later, I watched a video on YouTube where a CSS Teacher was guiding how to attempt I.R. He said I.R is just like current affair, but we have to quote and relate the theories of I.R in our answers, and that's it.

History of Pakistan & India 44
I prepared this from a Youtube Channel known as CSS/PMS Guru

Environmental Sciences 37
I prepared this from a YouTube course (around 40 videos, each 10mins long video) by Professor Anderson of Bozeman Science. Title of the course was "A.P. environmental science". Most of the paper did come from what I saw in those videos. I recommend this cousrse to all Pakistanis because it is just funtastic and enlightening about Our Planet!
The international protocols, conferences, summits etc that have taken place over the last several decades starting from 1970s, I learnt most of them from an another YouTube Channel known as Study I.Q.

I also ventured around other channels such civilcoursify etc.

Philosophy 58

Just watched youtube channels or playlists.
Such as from Crash Course Philosophy. In fact, one of the question that I attempted was about Karl Popper's logic (falsifiability). All I did was copy paste what I had learnt from Crash Course's that 10 min video dedicated to Karl Popper and I wrote that answer in just 4 pages (one page doesn't count as two).

Anthropology 51
Again I went through YouTube videos. That's it

This is my result. I.e. 493 marks.

Why did I fail? Answer:
I didn't practice writing. Essay is an art. Just because one has a command in spoken English doesn't mean he can also be good in Written English. Written English requires hardwork. It is said that "there is no shortcut to be a good writer, except to read more and to write more." By this quote, I am not pushing aspirants to become a writer, I know all you want is to pass the paper, but in my humble opinion, for that too, you need to read more and write more. I am fluent in spoken English. But since I had prepared only through YouTube presentations, I just covered my syllabus but I didn't prepare myself to present my work on the paper.

Conclusion,
If you have not attempted past papers at home or at academy, and if you have not got them checked by a teacher, please don't give the attempt just for the sake of experiment. It isn't worth it.
You must at least solve 5 past papers of each subject or just prepare your own mock papers as per the CSS format and solve them. You must write more than 10 essays while making sure you are getting your work checked regularly and your every new essays should reflect improvement.

Last, CSS papers themselves are just gupshup but to perform gupshup in classy formal English is not a piece of cake so prepare for that! Practice!!. No need to stress about syllabus. Watch videos, read alot of things. Get in touch with different interesting blogs. Watch documentaries. I forgot to mention documentaries, I did watch documentaries on emvironment etc. You must watch documentaries to broaden your horizons.
Thank you.

Thank you.
I would love to agree with the essay part but here I am who had written 20 essays, passed 4 mocks, practiced introductions and paragraph writing on daily basis, shared my outline with a well-known Professor who commended it, and yet failed the subject. I mean I am not one of those who run away from taking responsibility, but trust me man I just cannot understand the marking criteria. It was my last attempt and one key takeaway for me is that this exam is based on how lucky you are. With time I almost improved all subjects which is reasonable and hen there's a subject where I have been given 18 marks. Can't comprehend it.
