Can you guarantee that css exams will be held on time?
There is no official notification which used to be notified before june marking the beginning of css exams in February each subsequent year
If you have any information abt when competitive examination will be held, please share it with us for the greater benefit at large....

Im just aspirant like you so I dont really know why is there a delay or when the exam will be held.

Logically however, a notification should not stop you from preparing as long as your plan is to appear for the exam. The more time to prepare the better.

Css exams are being held since 50 or 70 years, right?
But its only this year that due to some proposed reforms the whole process is being rumoured to be delay the competitive examination
First no one paid attention to these rumors.... later people have started having second thoughts...
