The public notice is a little confusing.
Just to confirm, the upper age limit as at 31st December 2019 is 30 which means not a day over 30 years? or it means inclusive of 30 years (but less than 31) ?

Candidate must not have turned 30 on or before Dec 31 2019.

AA. I want to know the exact deadlines for registration. I'm an international student and need to plan accordingly.

The applying process will start from 1st October to 31st October. The suggestion is that u have to plan your schedule as soon as possible because CSS exam is the game of time management and its accurate utilization. So, you can plan now and go with your planned sequence.

Thank you for your response.

In the Public note, it says that the Date for determination of eligibility is 31st December. What does that mean? Can be submit our documents in December as well? I have to get a degree equivalency. Can I submit my online application first, and then later get the equivalency?
